We warmly welcome you to our hotel and want your time at the pool to be as safe and enjoyable as possible. With that in mind, please take note of the following:
The pool is open daily from 09:00–21:00. Swimming outside these hours, including at night, is not permitted. These hours apply to all guests without exception, regardless of the behavior of other guests.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times while in the pool area.
Appropriate swimwear is required for entry into the pool, for all guests without exception. A shower is required before entering the water.
Use of the pool is not permitted for guests who are unable to swim.
Food and drinks brought from outside the hotel are not permitted. The poolside bar and restaurant are available to guests, offering a variety of options.
Guests who have recently eaten or consumed alcohol are advised to refrain from using the pool. It is recommended to wait at least 3 hours before returning to the water.
For the health and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed in the pool area.
To prevent accidents, running and rough play around the pool are not permitted. Diving into the pool is strictly prohibited.
We kindly ask guests to be considerate of others. Large inflatables, balls, or equipment that may disturb other guests are not allowed.
Guests with open wounds, skin infections, or contagious illnesses are kindly asked to refrain from using the pool. A shower before entry is mandatory for all guests.
The use of sunscreen is not permitted in the pool area, as it may affect water quality. Additionally, smoking is not allowed around the pool area, for the comfort and health of all guests.
The pool is reserved exclusively for guests residing at the hotel. Non-residents may use the swimming pool for an additional charge (subject to availability and by arrangement with the accommodation).
By entering the pool area, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these rules, for the safety and enjoyment of all. Our staff remains available to assist with any questions.
